How we moderate content

At Wildlife, we make player safety a top priority. Our team is dedicated to protecting our players from harmful behavior. To do that, we use a combination of cutting-edge technology, such as AI-driven moderation systems, alongside human reviewers, to monitor in-game user-generated content and ensure that community standards are upheld.

Our team reviews flagged content, which includes reports from players and alerts generated by our automated systems. We take action whenever necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of our players

We work hard to keep our games safe and fun for everyone. We have automated systems that catch a lot of harmful content, but they aren't perfect. That's why we encourage you to report any content or behavior that you believe violates our Code of Conduct. Your reports are crucial to creating a positive gaming experience for the entire Wildlife Studios community. Please see our dedicated section on how to make a repor.

Our games with social features make use of an AI moderator that censors certain comments if they are found to violate any of the following policies:

  • Profanity
  • Insults
  • Political Speech
  • Religious Speech

If you believe your comment was incorrectly censored, you can appeal by tapping the appeal button that appears on your screen when the comment is censored. This will send you to our online form, where you can describe your case and why you believe it was wrongfully sanctioned. 

All reports are reviewed by a human moderator, and if an error is confirmed, we may revert our initial decision.

We also automatically censor comments for: 

  • Hate Speech
  • Sexual Content

If confirmed to be in violation of our Code of Conduct, appropriate actions will be taken against the account in question. The potential consequences for these violations may include but are not limited to the following sanctions:

  • Warnings

You will receive a formal reminder of our community guidelines, which serves to correct your behavior and prevent future violations.

  • Temporary chat suspensions

Your ability to participate in in-game chat will be disabled for a set period. You will still be able to play the game, but communication with other players will be restricted.

  • Temporary game suspensions

Your access to the game will be temporarily suspended. During this period, you will be unable to play the game, but your account will remain active and accessible once the suspension ends.

  • Permanent chat suspension:

Your chat privileges will be permanently revoked. You will still be able to play the game, but you will no longer be able to communicate with other players through any in-game chat features. 

  • Permanent game account closure

Your game account will be permanently closed. This means you will lose access to the game and any associated progress, purchases, or in-game items, with no option to recover your account.

  • Account Name Redaction

Your in-game account name will be replaced with a neutral placeholder due to a violation of our Code of Conduct. You will receive a warning, and you can request a free name change by contacting our moderation or support team with a new name that complies with our rules.

  • Clan Name, Description and Tag Redaction

If your clan name, description or tag violates our guidelines, it will be replaced with a generic or neutral name. A warning will be issued, and the clan leader can request a free change by reaching out to our moderation or support team.
