We work hard to keep our games safe and fun for everyone. While our automated systems catch a lot of harmful content, they aren't perfect. That's why we encourage you to report any content or behavior that you believe violates our Code of Conduct. Your reports are crucial to creating a positive gaming experience for the entire Wildlife Studios community.
1. How to make a report?
You'll find a "Report" button directly in the app. Please refer to the in-game Help section or visit our website for detailed instructions on how to report in each specific game.
Once you've submitted a report, you'll receive a confirmation that your report has been received.
Please note that your reporting options, including what you can report, may vary depending on your location due to regional regulations or differences in local systems.
2. What happens next?
We review reports as quickly as possible. Our team uses a combination of automated tools and human review to assess each report. If you require additional information, we'll reach out to you directly.
Your report will remain confidential, and your identity or any information you share will not be shared with other players.
We strive to be fair and consistent in our decisions. However, if you believe a mistake has been made or you disagree with our decision, you can challenge it.
If you reported potentially illegal or inappropriate content and disagreed with our decision, you can appeal it within six months from the date of the decision.
If you receive a sanction and believe it was issued in error, you are also allowed to submit an appeal. After our review, your sanction will be either upheld, lifted or modified.

Your appeal will be sent to a human moderator for review. We may uphold, lift or modify our initial decision, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
Please note that you may submit one appeal for each eligible sanction decision.
At Wildlife, we take all reports seriously and dedicate resources to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. However, if a player is found to be abusing the reporting system—such as submitting false or misleading reports intentionally or repeatedly—this can undermine the integrity of our moderation process.
Players who misuse the reporting system by submitting unfounded or malicious reports may face sanctions, which can range from warnings to permanent account bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the abuse. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to maintain the fairness and efficiency of our reporting system.
