Report Building

When browsing Buildings for your Village, you may come across a Building with an inappropriate name. If this happens, you can report the Building to us via the following steps:

1. On the main information page of the Building you want to report, tap the  icon in the bottom left corner:

This will display the ‘About Building’ pop-up window.

2. Tap ‘Report’.

This will in turn display the ‘Report Building’ window as seen below.

3. Tap the drop-down menu and select the ‘Abuse Type’. The abuse types that can be selected are:

• Sexual Content
• Offensive Content
• Personally Identifiable Information
• Reportable Name

4. In the textbox below the abuse type dropdown menu, please include as many details as possible, as this will ensure we have as much information as possible for our investigation and any actions we might take afterwards.

5. Once you’ve entered all of the necessary information, tap ‘Report’.

Your report has now been submitted!

We will investigate every report that is sent to us, but for security and confidentiality reasons we will not be able to disclose any details or outcomes of the investigation process.

Report Village

When exploring Villages you can visit, you may come across a Village with an inappropriate name. If this happens, you can report the Village to us via the following steps:

1. Tap ‘Visit’.This will display the ‘Visit Village’ pop-up window.

2. Next, instead of tapping ‘Go!’, tap the icon in the top right corner of the window.

This will display the ‘About Village’ pop-up window as seen below:

3. Tap ‘Report’.

This will in turn display the ‘Report Village’ window.

4. Tap the drop-down menu and select the ‘Abuse Type’. The abuse types that can be selected are:

• Sexual Content
• Offensive Content
• Personally Identifiable Information
• Reportable Name
